On behalf our client, we're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Administrative and Finance Manager to oversee, coordinate and manage the daily operations of an administrative and finance team; ensuring with the utmost sense of duty and professionalism the rightful execution of management directives.


Responsibilities

You will handle the responsibilities of,

  • Ensuring daily administrative and secretarial support to the team, including daily correspondences, maintenance, reprographics, updating official leave plan, mobilisations
  • Maintaining delivery and general records and make project transactions; maintaining inventory of project assets; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Supervising the company's warehouse facilities, projects fleet of vehicles, administrative personnel, blue-collar staff as per rules and regulations
  • Researching and proposing viable investment projects to management
  • Facilitating information flow, coordination of schedule and logistic arrangements
  • Handling contacts and office contracts
  • Supporting with recruitment processes and other human resources matters
  • Advising company management on short-term forecasts and formulating proposals on the medium-term strategy
  • Implementing performance indicators and advising operational managers
  • Building and implementing analysis or management tools: dashboards, indicators
  • Advising on any budget changes and expenditures to be made based on projects and departmental needs
  • Monitoring and analyzing the commitment and execution of expenditure and revenue
  • Controlling the financial execution of contracts and agreements
  • Supervising and attesting payroll processing
  • Managing cash flow (outstanding accounts, debits, financing), investments and relations with banks
  • Defining the financial policy, in particular the credit policy (collection of receivables), control compliance with legal and internal accounting rules
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and participate in budget analysis and projections as required
  • Supervising and monitoring of management control: planning, budget, reporting
  • Accomplishing other complementary tasks as communicated over time

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Professional Experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Good knowledge of management control and audit, taxation, labor and business law
  • Knowledge of local accounting practices and procedures
  • Have a good leadership and managerial skills
  • Successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT proficiency notably in Microsoft Office
