Responsibilities- Apply the requirements for preventive and regulatory checks on vehicles
- Manage fleet technical visit schedules, prepare vehicles for technical visit
- Analyze vehicle failures, order and schedule vehicle interventions
- Participate in the negotiation of prices for external services (subcontractor, spare part, equipment)
- Give work instructions to personnel assigned to your department
- Organize and control work in all work areas under your authority
- Participate in the recruitment of garage staff
- Participate in management meetings
- Plan workers, manage workers under your orders (permissions, leave of absence, queries, attendance control)
