The Company 
Our client is a manufacturing company currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle customer queries and advise customers accordingly, in order to ensure seamless patronage of the company's products and services.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will consist of,

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders, forms and requests
  • Establishing new customer accounts and recording account information
  • Recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer
  • Identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
  • Documenting calls in accordance with departmental policies
  • Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them
  • Maintaining knowledge of contracts and policies and effectively interpreting information
  • Referring advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary

Requirements
  • Have a minimum of a tertiary diploma in Sales and Marketing, Communication or related field
Professional Experience
  • One (1) year or more professional experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Proven call center or customer service experience
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, listening skills, and speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls courteously and professionally
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment without being distracted during a customer interaction
  • Willingness to become familiar with the products and services of the company
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software
  • Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
