Job Description

The Company 
A metalic construction firm seeks to hire a dynamic Works Director having extensive expertise in construction sites of buildings in metal structures.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, your roles will consist of,

  • Conceiving, planning and implementing metalic structure construction projects and site protocols
  • Coordinating, planning, and overseeing the beginning and the end of projects
  • Developing budgets and managing costs to ensure that construction projects are completed within guidelines
  • Designing and implement online and offline marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Planning and coordinating advertising campaigns, events, promotions and public relations activities.
  • Developing marketing plans that integrate online and offline marketing activities.
  • Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and developing detailed reports.
  • Coordinating marketing activities with other departments of the company.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that expenditures are in line with company objectives.
  • Supervising the marketing activities of contractors and external agencies.

Requirements
  • Masters in Building or Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Degree in marketing or related field
Professional Experience
  • Ten (10) years of experience in the management of building works; having executed a minimum of three (03) construction sites of buildings in metal structures of at least 3000 m2 each as Director of Works
  • Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, with proven experience managing marketing projects

  • Proven experience of construction sites of buildings in metal structures in a Directorship position
  • Great leadrship and analytical skills

  • Strong marketing ability
  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of online and offline marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with other departments of the company.
  • Excellent skills in budget management and analysis of marketing campaign results.
  • Mastery of IT
