The Company 
A climatic engineering firm in continuous growth since its implantation in Ivory Coast seeks to bring on board the next talented engineer in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Responsibilities
  • Study clients' needs, economic and technical data and determine the project
  •  Installation of heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems
  •  Carry out maintenance of HVAC systems.
  •  Planning the placement of piping, ducts and control panels
  •  Perform quality checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely
  •  Deliver all tools needed for assembly, including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding and ladders on time and in exact numbers
  •  Report on daily progress made and ensure that it reaches superiors
  •  Ensure the safe construction of heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance according to the rules and regulations established by the company's safety policy manual
  •  Organize labor and other professionals including pipefitter etc.
  •  Act as a supervisor for the installation and maintenance project, provide the safety equipment and other equipment they need to do their job
  •  Documentation of pipe test inspection process for a variety of tasks including light test for conduits, underground chilled water piping system and hydraulic test
  •  Assist during the testing, balancing and adjustment phases of the air and hydraulic installations
  •  Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Requirements
  •  A four year technical training certification in HVAC
Professional Experience 
  • Three (3) years or more proven work experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Knowledge of the HVAC or refrigeration tools, materials and test equipment
  • Knowledge of repair, maintenance and installation techniques
  • Understanding of building and construction
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Knowledge of budget management/monitoring
  • Team management abilities
  • Ability to use Ms Office
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of construction regulations
  • Knowledge of projects in the BIM approach
