Responsibilities- Assist the productions manager in manufacturing schedule management
- Direct the smooth operations of the factory by in terms of the presence of the right number of workers, materials, logistics
- Guide workers on proper handling of machinery
- Ensure strict compliance of products handling on the factory floor
- Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process of new factory workers
- Assist productions manager to conduct staff performance reviews
- Keep track and report product noncomformities, breakage and spoilage
- Inpect quality of products before dispatch or shipping
- Ensure strict respect of production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide reports on progress and challenges of manufacturing
- Supervise all factory operations to ensure efficiency
