The Company 
Our client, a leading company in the delivery sector seeks to engage an Administrative Manager to oversee and ensure a seamless coordination of administrative procedures.


Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will involve,

  • Planning, coordinating and managing all administrative procedures and systems
  • Supervising and coordinating daily operations of the various delivery channels of the company ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operations
  • Identifying process bottlenecks
  • Proposing solutions for improvement
  • Ensuring fluid and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Procuring new materials as needed
  • Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new equipment taking into account budgetary constraints
  • Supervising the servicing and maintenance of facilities
  • Collecting, organizing and storing information using the computer and filing systems
  • Overseeing special projects and track progress toward company goals
  • Evaluating staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Organizing and supervising other office activities recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
  • Ensure that operations comply with policies and regulations

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
Professional Experience 
  • Five (5) years of proven work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the delivery sector is an added advantage

  • Good understanding of office management processes
  • Experience with financial management and facilities management principles
  • Have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and track multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with budget planning and execution, human resources and customer service procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, filing and archiving methods, document scanning, note-taking techniques, impeccable written expression and spelling
  • Familiar with office and collaborative tools, namely intranet, internal social networks, web conference etc.
