Responsibilities

Your responsibilities and duties will entail,

  • Prospecting and selling to a target market 
  • Managing potential and existing client portfolio
  • Developing, executing and overseeing a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive client reviews
  • Achieving set sales targets and results
  • Coordinating sales generation and service delivery
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Looking for and responding to clients needs
  • Accelerating resolution of clients issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinating sales efforts with team members
  • Liaising with accounts department for payments
  • Communicating price variations or changes when the need be
  • Scrutinize sales transactions with care to ensure their exactitude
  • Ensuring compliance of the company's established sales procedures in order to minimize or eliminate discrepancies
  • Analyzing territory and market potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field 
Professional Experience
  • Two (2) years or more experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Possess a proven sales track record and the ability to meet sales targets and/or surpass it
  • Familiarity with relationship management practices with the ability to build productive professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented
  • Have excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to set priorities, great time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Excellent people skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to work well under pressure, under minimum supervision and produce expected results
  • Should be self-motivator, team-player and a go getter
  • Have a great collaborative spirit to work in harmony with superiors, colleagues and subordinates
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in French is an added advantage
