Business Development Associate to help build our Dutch client base from the ground up.

This is a growth-building position within a young and ambitious consultancy. You will help shape our commercial footprint in the Dutch market and work closely with leadership to position Liée as a trusted HR advisory partner.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Acquisition & Prospecting- Identify and research potential clients in the Netherlands
- Build and manage a prospect pipeline
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and cold introductions
- Initiate contact with SMEs, startups, and growing companies

Relationship Building- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings
- Support introductory HR consultations
- Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads
- Represent Liée professionally in meetings and networking events
