The Mission
We are looking for a bold, creative and execution-obsessed Community Manager to build our digital ecosystem from the ground up.


Not maintain.
Not post occasionally.
Build.


You will shape our voice, design our visual identity, manage our web presence, write sharp HR insights, and position Liée as a serious thought leader in international HR.

🎯 What You Will Own


🎨 Brand & Visual Identity
  • Design high-impact graphics, visuals, presentations, and infographics
  • Elevate our brand aesthetics across all platforms
  • Turn complex HR concepts into powerful visual storytelling
You must be genuinely strong in graphic design — not “basic Canva comfortable,” but visually sharp.


🌐 Web Design & Management
  • Design, manage and continuously improve our website
  • Own UX/UI decisions
  • Optimize performance, SEO and structure
  • Treat the website as a living strategic asset, not a static brochure


✍️ Thought Leadership & Content
  • Write compelling HR articles
  • Produce sharp insights on HR strategy, governance, talent management and cross-border workforce dynamics
  • Develop newsletters, blogs and professional commentary
  • Translate serious topics into content people actually want to read

📣 Marketing & Community Growth
  • Build and grow our digital community across platforms
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor analytics and iterate fast

✅ Must-Have
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Designing, HR, Business or related field
  • Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong graphic design capability (Adobe, Figma, Canva or equivalent)
  • Solid web design & web management experience
  • Excellent professional writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital platforms and growing online presence
  • Excellent writing and editing skills

💎 Strong Plus
  • Experience in an HR consultancy environment
  • Ability to write deeply about HR strategy and organizational topics
  • French language proficiency
  • Experience working in international or cross-border environments
