The Company Our client is a multinational trading group in the sector of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Currently widening their tentacles across the Ivory Coast, our client seeks to hire a dynamic FMCG Sales Representative to carry out the duties of prospecting, introducing, selling a range of consumer products and managing the customer base.
Responsibilities- Manage potential and existing client portfolio
- Prospect and sell to a target market in the area of fast moving consumer goods such as wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, supermarkets
- Achieve set sales targets and results
- Coordinate sales order generation and delivery
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
- Look for and respond to customers needs
- Accelerate resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members
- Liaise with accounts department for payments
- Communicate price variations or changes when the need be
- Scrutinize sales transactions with care to ensure their exactitude
- Ensure compliance of the company's established sales procedures in order to minimize or eliminate discrepancies
- Analyze territory and market potential, track sales and status reports
