To support our launch in the Netherlands, we are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial
HR Management Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to help shape our Dutch operations from the ground up.
🌍 The OpportunityAs our HR Management Consultant, you will be both
strategic advisor and operational expert.
You will work directly with clients who rely on us for their HR structure, compliance, payroll oversight, and workforce strategy. This is not a traditional internal HR role — it is a client-facing consultancy position requiring versatility, confidence, and mastery of Dutch HR practices.
This role combines HR expertise with client development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable advising clients while also contributing to expanding our footprint in the Dutch market.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing💼 Strategic HR Advisory- Advise clients on Dutch labour law and HR compliance
- Develop HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks
- Support organizational structuring and workforce planning
- Design performance management frameworks
- Implement HR best practices tailored to growing companies
💰 Payroll & HR Operations Expertise- Oversee and manage payroll processes with precision
- Ensure payroll compliance with Dutch tax and social security regulations
- Coordinate with payroll providers and finance teams
- Advise on compensation structures, benefits, and remuneration reviews
- Monitor HR administration processes for accuracy and efficiency
🤝 Employee Relations & Compliance- Guide clients through disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advise on conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment law and employer obligations
📊 HR Systems & Metrics- Implement and optimize HRIS systems
- Develop HR dashboards and KPIs for clients
- Use workforce data to drive strategic decision-making
🌱 Growth Contribution & Building the Future- Support client acquisition efforts through networking and professional outreach
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships
- Participate in commercial discussions and proposal development
- Represent Liée professionally in meetings and industry events
- Contribute to positioning Liée as a trusted HR advisory partner in the Dutch market
- Contribute to developing Liée’s Dutch service offering
- Support HR outsourcing and EOR service execution
- Help establish internal frameworks and standards as we grow
- Act as a trusted HR partner for scaling businesses
