The Company 
Our client, a start-up in the phase of launching a new cosmetic product seeks to engage a talented Sales Manager to contribute to the successful commercialization and the optimum performance of the product on the market.


Reporting to the Sales Director your responsibilities will involve,

  • Developing and piloting sustainable sales strategies
  • Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing daily, monthly, annual sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate sales data to superiors
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Planing to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Building and managing a sales team. Recruiting sales staff
  • Managing, developing, coaching, controlling and motivating the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and periodic sales target and KPI targets are met
  • Ensuring targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performances of different products and salespeople
  • Fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
Professional Experience
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Prior experience building a sales and business development team
  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques are required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals for a B2C organization
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems
